Environment, Health and Safety

RPEC believes in EHS plan and strictly follow the rules and regulations for the same. RPEC is dedicated to providing its employees and those of its contractors and subcontractors a safe working environment. RPEC Team is always taking care to avoid any kind of incidence on site. We believe in zero incidence throughout the project. We arranging toolbox talk, Mock drills, briefing to all site people about Health, safety rules and penalty to minimize and eliminate personal injury and property damages.

Training

With the objective of filling gap between existing and desired pool of knowledge, skills and competence, regular training programmes are organised at all levels. We believe that with training and development programmes overall performance of the organization continually improves and hence its capability to satisfy internal and external customers.
